Akita Hikaru is the former student council of Monshiro High. He is currently a third year in the same school. He usually appears with his eyes closed, looking like he is an easy-going fellow, but once someone calls him a girl, his switch mode gets activated and his (former) delinquent side takes over.
He is a strong and caring person - always giving advice and support to the current student council, especially to Shinagawa Daichi. He always holds a fan.
It is also mentioned that he was helped by someone and that's why he joined the student council and left his delinquent ways.
